COLLECTION, UTILISATION AND DISPOSAL

OF VEH /EQPT/PLANTS IN BRO

        IN BRO purchase of all type V/E/Ps has been carried out at HQ DGBR E3ES Section depending up on the requirements /demands.

        The total purchase has been done through Supply Order (SO) with manufactures. In every SO, the complete details of items make & Type, category, power unit details / Hydraulic system, ISI specification, URO specification, unit cost, total quantity on one lot, various delivery points with quantity, warranty clause, payment details, period/date of delivery etc should be clearly mentioned without hesitation.

Collection of vehicle equipment and plants

        Delivery of all equipments and plants to the worksite is the responsibility of company/ manufacture.  The respective supply company (SSTC) should be intimated to the user unit regarding arrival of veh/eqpt/plants as per the allotment given by the HQCE (P).

        All vehicle should be collected from the nearest outlet (agency of the manufacture) by the SSTC.

        Any damages occurred during conveyance up to the worksite for eqpt and plants and up to the outlet /agency for vehicle should be bare by the manufacture for replacement of assy / sub assys or full unit item.
