How to carry out class DEE collection and its disposal easily:

In a Supply company, collection of class DEE veh/eqpt/plants and its disposal in a normal manner is very difficult since class DEE Adm veh/wqpt/plants were lying at different locations and unknown how many it is. A clear picture is only gain, when all of them were put into our class DEE Park. It is also required a knowledge that, how many veh/eqpts were held in our park and how many can be occupied in the remaining area of the park. 

All of above problems can be avoided if you prepare a register named as “Class DEE Adm sanction, deposition and disposal” with details as under:-

How to maintain this register 

Step 1: Srl Nos up to 7 will fill, when Adm sanction of a veh/eqpt/plants received from Project HQ.

Step 2:  At the time of deposition of class DEE Adm veh eqpt /plants from unit, the unit will give two BPS in manuscript and original, the information for srl Nos 8 to 13 will received from class DEE BPS. At this stage, recheck the chassis/Machine /Alt /Copmr No and engine No etc already marked at srl Nos 01 to 07, from Adm sanction and if any changes/ alternations are there, carry out a physical check-up of the same on veh/eqpt/plant then it will be intimated to Project HQ for their correction. 

                                                                 

Step 3: Srl Nos 14 and 15 can be fill at the time, or after delivery to the bidder on the base of gate pass and issue voucher.

Step 4: Srl No 16 only fill, if any remarkable points on the particular veh/eqpt/plants from collection to delivery, as cannibalisation of any serviceable parts by Wksp, Location- if deposition on custodian certificate. Etc.

Step 5: On lifted out, that veh/eqpt/plant should be round off with red ink at Srl No: 1.

If you prepared this register properly and correctly, it will save your time & effort to search a particular BPS from all BPS bundle and study for give information for any requirements in latter stage. Any information regarding class DEE, deposition & disposal are made available at any stage and can be give without any extra effort.  In addition to that, your mind will remain cool without tension since all the details are available at a glance on your table. It also will help you for:-

1.	At the time of preparation of class DEE report and returns.
2.	At the time of preparation of auction catalogue.
3.	At the time of any information asking from higher authority.
4.	At the time of deduction, from utilisation reports.
5.	To check up how many veh/eqpt /plants left for deposition from units.
6.	To count total holding of class DEE veh/eqpt/plants with as.
