SALE
ACCOUNT
Sale Account is a
completion report of class DEE veh/eqpt/plants which are sold under auction to
bidder against a Sale Release Order from Project HQ. This report will cover all the
required information from the beginning to the last end of a particular sale.
This report also should cover all the financial matters involved throughout the
sale. This account should be prepared by the supply company and sent to
the Project HQ through BRTF under recommendation of Commander. After approval,
Project HQ will be forwarded it to CDA BR through HQ DGBR for final accounting.

Sale Certificate: The Sale Certificate
should be issued to the bidder after delivery of class DEE veh/ eqpt/plants by
SSTC, if they repaired veh/eqpt/plants and demanded for Sale Certificate. This
certificate is required for getting registration with RTO for making new number
for repaired class DEE veh/ eqpt/plants. The format of sale certificate is as
under:-
