Format L/S of PFR DGN of V/E/Ps


FORMAT FOR FINALISATION OF C OF I CUM LOSS STATEMENT

OF PREMATURE DOWNGRADATION OF V/E/Ps

1.            This is in reference to HQ DGBR letter No 55012/DGD/Gen/DGBR/111/E4 Tech dated 03 Aug 2018.
2.          A new format has been prepared by IFA (BR), so that observation in general can be minimised and court of inquiry cum BOOs in respect of premature downgradation of Veh/ Eqpt/Plants be finalised earliest without return of BOO or any delay.
3.          In future, all PFR downgradation cases should be prepared as per under mentioned  checklist and in this regard the format should be initials by dealing supervisor/ JE after checking correctness of details, which should remain same throughout the C of I Cum BOO proceedings.
4.          This format should be pasted on the left inside of the file cover before submitting to the higher authority for ready reference.
