 Fuel filter and fuel water separator should be replaced at 60000 Kms

AdBlue inlet connector kit should be replaced at 60000 Kms.

Handling and storage of AdBlue: AdBlue fluid should be storage in the manufactures original container and keep in cooled, covered area with good ventilation and away from direct sun light. This will prevent water loss due to evaporation. The life of AdBlue is 18 months. Ad Blue fluid is non-flammable, but it should be removed to a safe location if there is a fire, as intense of heat may cause the sealed storage container to pressurize possible rupture. AdBlue fluid freezes at 11.5 ^oC when it thaws the product will return to its initial quality.

Engine: Eicher E494 4V BS VI SCR, EGR Diesel engine with TC, it produces 160 HP (120 KW) @ 2600 RPM. This fuel efficient engine developed maximum torque of 500Nm at 120-1899 rpm

Duel torque system:  1. power mode (PWR) engine will produce full torque and used for full load. It can be applicable for rated GVW or use in hilly terrain or for TAT is top priority. 2.  Multimode system (ECO) The fuel consumption during full load, partial load and no load condition can be better fuel efficiency. (Always use PWR mode for full load or in hilly terrain)

Gear Box is capable of transmitting higher torque than that developed by the engine so better reliability and give longer life. The Hybrid gear shifting mechanism is introduced in this vehicle which reduce in gear shifting effort and drivers fatigue.

Clutch Size 330 mm, Brake –Air Brake Drum.

RPAC: (Reverse Parking Alert System) Revers buzzer will give an alert to driver if any obstacles within 1.8 meter while vehicle moving on reverse gear.

FDSS: (Fire detention and suppression system) Automatic normal operation in the event of fire in side and give fire alarm.

ELR: (Emergency Locking Retractor) is a seat belt retraction device which lock the belt when vehicle become a collision or sudden stop for driver and co-driver’s seat. In normal situation, pull the belt slowly/ freely. Normal seat belts are also provided for all passenger seat.

Steering wheel and driver seat adjustment: Steering wheel can be adjusted towards up/down/forward and rear as suitable to the driver. As well as the driver’s seat also can be adjusted as comfortable to driver. Remember, after adjustment tighten the lever securely.

Pneumatic door switch to be used for opening closing and locking of passenger pneumatic door if applicable.

Emergency door should be opened from inside by braking the glass and pull the lever then push the door. From outside, brake the glass and pull the inner handle for operate the door.

Steering Wheel Play: when the front wheels are in straight forward direction, it should be _{+/_} 10^o.   Brake pedal free play 5 mm & clearance from floor should be 45 mm or more. Clutch pedal free play is 10-15 mm. Clutch clearance to the floor, when depressed is 18- 23 mm.

Tyre Size 235/ 75 R 17.5 PR tube less (Rib/Lug) air pressure 110 Psi.

Battery:  12 V 130 AH x 01. Battery cut off swatch:  this is used for cut of the battery from vehicle. When driver going away from vehicle it should be in ‘OFF’ position.

GPS:  Vehicle tracking system is provided to track the vehicle.

Warranty for chassis is 24 Months from the date of purchase. Warranty in distance is 100000 Kms. For engine and transmission is 48 months from the date of purchase.
