In consideration of President of India (here in after) referred to the Government having at my request agreed to carry members of my family as passenger in any service transport belong to the government of India and being it had of an Officer, JCO or civilians MTDVRs of the Indian Army/GREF. I undertaken and agree that members nor any haired, ancestors of Administrator will make and claim against the Government of any Officer, JCOs or civilians MTDVRs of the Indian Army/GREF against and the person in service of the Government of India in respect of any loss, damage or injury of person or property including resulting in death which member of any family suffer while of in consequence of being carried I also agree that the compensation expect as otherwise admissible under any state of statutory or other rules applicable to me will be paid by the government or any officer, JCOs or civilians or MTDVR of Indian Army/GREF for on in respect such loss, damaged or injury. I also agree to bind myself. My heirs acceptor for administers to indemnity field and harmless to the Government and any officer, JCOs or civilian MTDVR of the Indian Army/GREF for any person in the service of the Govt against any claim defaulters on any paper in connection with such journeys.
