MAINTENANCE The proper maintenance to Multi Utility Tractor Sonalika DI- 60RX is not only reduced its downtime and keep it in a good appearance but also it increase the performance as well as the stipulated life of the vehicle. So all driver should be give care on good to Multi Utility Tractor Sonalika DI- 60RX in its due time as per company recommendation without fail.

Engine: Sonalika make, 4 Cylinder Natural aspirated water cooled DI Diesel engine model 4100 FL. Rated speed 2200 RPM. Low idle RPM 650+- 50.

Valve clearance 0.3 mm intake and 0.4mm exhaust and it should be checked/ carried out every 250 Hrs for better engine performance.

Clutch : Dual dry friction plate type.

Gear Box: Constant mesh (8+2) gear speed 2.75 to 34.45 Kms/ Hrs. (for all area)

Steering: Power Steering.

Hyd system: Hyd system loading capacity is 2 Ton only. Trailer capacity is 5 Ton. Hyd system strainer should be changed every 750 Hrs.

Battery 12 volt 88 AH x1,  Tyre 7.50 x 16 (Front) and 16.9 x 28 (Rear). Tyre pressure Frt 12-14 PSI and rear 18-20 PSI.

Wheel base- 2235 mm, Front wheel track 1345 to 1635 mm, Rear wheel track 1470 to 1960 mm, overall length 3750 mm, width 1920 mm and height 2385 mm, ground clearance 375 mm.

Cold start procedure:  

Step 1- Operate fuel feed pump at least 20 times.

Step 2- Hold throttle lever in low action position (UP) and then turn the key, so that starter motor run for 10 second till start the engine.

Step 3- If engine is not start; re-try after 2/3 minutes.

Step 4- After start the engine, hold the throttle lever to the original position (down) and check the water temperature, oil pressure gauges are working in normal mode.

Step 5- Cooling system is in natural cooling system so that, never run the engine without radiator cup.   

Warranty 24 Months/ 2000 Hrs whichever is earlier from the date of delivery for free replacement of damaged parts/ repair. For FIP and battery warranty is only 12 months/ 1000 Hrs whichever is earlier from the date of delivery. Replacements/ repair within 6 working days of the notice from the company.
