Change fuel pre-filter at 5000 Kms and main fuel filter at 10000 Kms. Water separator should be drained at every 2500 Kms.

 

Fan belt tightness checked in between fan and dumper pulley and it should be 18- 20 mm. if required adjust accordingly.

 

Caution during Tipping Operation …

1	The gear lever should be in neutral position before engaging PTO electrical switch and PTO pneumatic switch for actuator.
2	Clutch pedal to be pressed while actuating PTO electrical switch and PTO pneumatic switch.
3	After completion of tipper, PTO electrical switch must be switched off.
4	While tipping, keep vehicle in a plain area to the longitudinal of the vehicle.
