AdBlue level sensor strainer cleaning should be done every 60,000 Kms, Replace AdBlue pump pre filter every 30,000 Kms and main pump filter at every 60,000 Kms.

 

Warranty – 1 year or 20,000 Kms whichever occur earlier from the date of acceptance.

 

While using tyre chain (snow chain), the vehicle speed should not be exceeded more than 30 MPH. and accelerate slowly and evenly to avoid excess worn out of chain.

 

Crawler gear should not be engaged when the vehicle moving to down gradient.

 

Replace the secondary air filter with a new filter for every third replacement of primary air filter.  

 

Engine valve/ tappet clearance: checked and adjusted when the engine is in cold condition – Inlet valve 0.40mm and Out let valve 0.60 mm.

procedure- bring the 1^st cylinder in compression (TDC) and confirm, then adjust 1^st cyl inlet & Exhaust, 2^nd cyl inlet, 3^rd cyl exhaust, 4^th cyl inlet and 5^th cyl exhaust. Rotate the engine by 360 degrees and bring 6^th cylinder in compression (TDC) and confirm then adjust 2^nd cyl exhaust, 3^rd cyl inlet, 4^th cyl exhaust, 5^th cyl inlet and 6^th cyl inlet & exhaust.
